- We’ve updated our workout timing to include transition times between exercises in the total number of minutes you choose. This means you will have a more exact idea of the length of your workout when you start!

Sworkit Kids video workouts now accessible at no cost! Parents and teachers can help their children and students create healthy fitness habits, all while having fun! Customizable kid-friendly workouts for strength, agility, and flexibility.

• Safer workout syncing: There was a bug where a few users were unable to sync completed workouts. That wasn't fun. We fixed it.
• 3rd Party Ads Removed: No one wants their sweat-fest interrupted by advertisers, so we’ve removed all 3rd party ads from our app. Now it’s just you, Sworkit, and the other 30 million on our #SworkTeam.
